Bukakistan is a mythical place where felching can be defined in public without getting fired or arrested.

For example, while waiting in line at a movie theater, you can casually ask out-loud "does anybody know where "Felching in Bukakistan" is playing?

Bundakistan 

A country (fictional or non-fictional) existing primarilly in the game of Risk. This country has no geographical placement, though it can attack any and all other countries.

"I'm attacking you in Kamchatka from Bundakistan."
"What the fuck?!"
