The act of hooking up (intense kissing, touching, sexual intercourse, etc.) with a male or female, and consequently telling a friend/the world about their experience.

The act of (usually during dancing) practically crouching on the floor for a split second followed by a slow rising of the booty usually with it stuck out in the air as far as possible. Associated with black/ghetto dancing although the white community has now adopted it as well.
