Black Joom

Someone who complains constantly and repeatedly about something or someone. Usually this person creates problems when there are none and refuses to let themselves be happy. Often these people will speak of high moral standards and often demonstrate a lack of self control.

Man Steve is being such a Black Joom. He won't stop complaining about his job and for some reason he thinks I care what Bill said to him the other day.
