It the 90's a case of sexual assault was registred in Italy. An 18 year old was piked up by her driving instructor and she was later assaulted by him on that same drive. He was eventually convicted of all carghes but later he appeald and it was overturned and the REASON was "there is no way that he could've taken off her jeans by himself because they were so tight therefore impling consent" wich was obviously NOT given.
So every year on april 29 we wear denim as a big midlle finger for rape culture and misogyny.
