A person who is sexually-interested, involved with, or is in a relationship with someone younger than themselves. Used as either a derogatory or complimentary term, depending on the one saying it.
*at Brendan's 18th birthday jam*
James: "MAN! You have a girlfriend? Who is she? Name, age? Give me something!"
Brendan: "Well, we met in college a few weeks back. Her name's Michela, uh, she's 19."
James: "What a diaper sniper..."
