1.The act of rolling on ones heels in a forward hip thrusting motion with hands in your pockets. Typically accompanied by whistling or humming sounds.
2.The invasion of ones personal space by their superior whose typically asking a redundant question in a whisper.

Dave: Man I feel bad for JP.
John: Yeah the boss is Nevining again.
Dave: Why does he have to be so close to him when he does that?
John: No one knows, just be glad it isn't you.
