The act of going on a desperate ramble or rant on twitter, then being highly aggressive to other people, and just generally being a huge dick on twitter. usually as a reaction of getting harassed, made fun of or just being desperate. Total social suicide

Person 1: Did you see Phil Fish's twitter meltdown yesterday? Dude got angry.
Person 2: Yeah, it was pretty pathetic.
