Someone who shows a disliking for polish people or their language.

Person 1: Wow I'm thinking about learning polish..
Person 2: That's interesting! Just make sure not to mention it near person 3, they're polishphobic.
Person 3: I sure hope I didn't just hear you two mentioning polish.
