Tony Two Thumbs 

Somebody who finds texting more important than a conversation with an actual human being. Often times, a Tony Two Thumbs will ignore everything in his or her environment to urgently respond to a text.

John: So what are you doing tonight?
Adam: ...(thumb-stroke noises)...
John: Alright, Tony Two Thumbs, let me know when you're ready to talk
