Pronounced "triple-see-vee", it is short for control-C, control-V, which is Microsoft Windows syntax for copying text, and subsequently pasting it. Used in everyday conversation, it roughly equates to the word "likewise" or "me too".

A: "I really like your outfit today".
B: "Thanks, cccv" (said as triple-see-vee)
