Taystee 

noun: The exclamation of something good, referring to a situation in context

When you are able to slam a beer faster than anyone else in the room, or inbibe more alcohol, someone may say, "taystee". The longer drawn out the tay- portion of the word, the better or more challenging the feat performed was.
