Acronym for ”not gonna be right back”.
Used when leaving a(n internet) conversation with the intent to make it known that one is not going to rejoin it later. It can also be used in ironic or sarcastic manner with or without an excuse to leave the conversation)
The origin of the acronym is believed to be communities from the social media platform Discord.
