A mausoleum is a large burial chamber, usually above ground. As used in the MCR song, "Cemetery Drive",
Way down
Mark the grave
Where the searchlights find us
Drinking by the mausoleum door
And they found you on the bathroom floor

A building in which the bodies of dead people are buried.

A mausoleum is an external free-standing building constructed as a monument enclosing the interment space or burial chamber of a deceased person or people. A monument without the interment is a cenotaph. A mausoleum may be considered a type of tomb or the tomb may be considered to be within the mausoleum. A Christian mausoleum sometimes includes a chapel.

A place you stay during the Holidays with older relatives that don’t have adequate router speed nor adequate TV access.
I stayed at my father in law’s mausoleum during New Years without seeing a bowl game.

momsoleum

An hut or establishment where you put away your, or a, mom to live -- either alone or in a group, either dead or alive; especially if said mother is life draining succubus (e.g., a rural-life vampire Karen).

An in-law suite or abode.
My mom and the rest of the guys from OF moms got together and now we support them by paying for their momsoleum -- it's cool when our step dad has a conjugal and we can bar the doors after dark.
