Custard Gusset 

Custard Gusset refers to the accumilation of vaginal discharge on the gusset area of a female's panties. Also a mixture of V. discharge, with other bodily fluids such as, sweat, blood, feces, urine, and male semen.

AKA Creamed Gusset
