A girl you see that seems to resemble Joe Dirt played by David Spade. If you remember, he said he calls himself Joe Dierte because it sounds fancier.(You also call the girl this so she does not know what you are talking about). In order to fit Dierte specifications
1)Said girl must resemble the character of Joe Dirt.
2)Said girl must have hair cut similar or identicle to the mullet that Joe Dirt has.
3)Said girl must be extreamly annoying and and douche-baggy
And Finaly,
4)Said girl must be the all around most dirty and filthiest person you know.
