Wind Lady 

A lady generally in her 40's - 60's whose hair is straight and made flush with her jaw line. This lady generally works as a secretary in a medical clinic or in a therapists office. When she walks her hair flows as though wind were blowing through it.

Here comes the "wind lady" Or that lady has a "wind".
