Dumbo

In New York City, it refers to a neighborhood in Brooklyn which was popular with artists in the nineties, but is now becoming gentrified: Down Under Manhattan Bridge Overpass. The Manhattan bridge is north of the Brooklyn bridge, but south of the Williamsburg.

So I hear Fran has a gallery now, and just got a loft in Dumbo.
