A very promiscuous individual who is so promiscuous that they can not be called a "hoe", a slut or any of that sort, because they are all of those things in one.

Can be used for both male or female (any gender applies as long as you fit the definition)

The bloa, blau, or blow slept with 16 males/females last night!
