A blue collar contractor. A badass. An industrial cowboy. Once described as people of low status for doing dirty jobs when they used to pay low wages, it's since had a renaissance to describe someone who works in high paying industrial jobs that don't give a fuck and can rig anything together to get the job done. A person who isn't afraid to kick the "shit".
