A type of random digital generator. Whose output consists of simultaneously opposing decisions. Which when averaged, completely contradict each other causing a null state in the space time continuum.

Wow, did you see the chaos from that Margie of a decision, that is some top level nullification!

Sebastian is coming up with some right Margie's, they are so heavily nulled nothing can escape their path.
