Krangling

When something jingles or shakes and makes a noise such as coins or tic tacs

Yo I heard yo shit krangling from a mile away

A man who is totally gross and feels the need to "dump" on other peoples chests.

Did you see the video "two girls, one cup, and the gross man?" It is sooo sick. The Gross Man dumps on their chests.
