Used to imply that something is "kosher" or acceptable in nature.

Him: "How was the movie?"
Her: "It was totally jewkosh."

Him: "I'll pick you up at 5pm, is that jewkosh?"
Her: "Sure."

Her: "How's your steak?"
Him: "Not jewkosh."
