A person with sneaky behavior; typically a teen or young adult who has the mind of a thief. One who takes part in excessive stealing or pilfering. Typically a woman but can also be applied to men.
A person who continues to make the same mistakes over and over. (Typically 5+ times)

Once again, my money was stolen from me by that Skeez.
