young man that is in the making to be a sugar daddy. would be a young man that has money and wealth, but puts himself on a budget. has girlfriend or wife of the same age or younger, and has moments of lavishing her with money,gifts,etc. but says that he has no money to spend on things not necessary. very confusing man. baller on a budget. --- young man with money and wealth, but hates to spend it on women ----

"hay Jill, your man has money. ask him to buy that for you."
