An acronym commonly used by ana people. Stands for: Perfection Doesn't Include Food. Can be used for motivation to starve, or as a reminder of goals for an anorexic.

Someone may have P.D.I.F. on clothing and/or binders as a reminder to not eat.

Acronym used by ana people. Most commonly used in blogs or chatrooms. Stands for: Be Beautiful Stay Strong. It is a message to remember to be beautiful, one must not eat.

Could be seen in a blog as an ending note:
I'll blog again later! BBSS!
