Completely jacked up.
Something that is completely messed up and there is no excuse for it, is pumpkin patched

You are going 10mph on the Freeway. When you finaly start to speed up, you see that the reason you were going so slow is everyone was slowing down to look at the cop on the side of the road. That is so pumpkin patch.
