steamer 

A mixture of ground beef, ketchup, mustard and onions. It is usually put on a roll to form a sandwich. Another name for a sloppy-joe. Only used in the Washington County, Maryland and Berkeley County, West Virginia region.

"Do you want ketchup, mustard, or cheese on your steamer?"
