Skintalker

When a person appears and sounds human, but the things they are saying are not their own. Often found in people who are bound by the policy or bureaucracy of their job and are not permitted to speak their own words or interact with people in a human way.

I called to ask about changing the reservation, but couldn't get any answers because the rep was a total skintalker.
