A person who's one parent is of mixed Christian and Jewish faith and the other is of Hindu faith, or one of their parents is a Chrisjindu and the other parent is Christian, Jewish, or Hindu

The form asked for Her religion, she wrote Chrisjindu, because her mother is mixed Christian and Jew, and her father is Hindu.
