a dude who thinks he knows everything. He may have been a few places and eaten a few foods, but this hardly gives him license to ALWAYS have a comment, no matter how obscure the conversation topic is. He also has a tendency to be very sleazy. He consorts with a lot of females, even though they may not necessarily like HIM, but the attention he lavishes upon them.

"God, that guy is such an arrogant ass. He thinks he knows EVERYTHING, and the fucker's always got all these sleazy chicks around. Don't they know they're just using him as a back-up?"

"I know, he's a total Tony. Fuck that guy."
