Being incredibly excited about something. Figuratively, you are excited in such a manner that you would whip out your penis/boobs and smash them against whatever physical thing it was that you were exited about.

Person A: "Look at this shirt."
Person B: "THAT SHIRT IS AMAZING!" *begins to slap genitals on shirt*
Person A: "I too, am titsmashing the bollywock over this shirt."
