1. A korean dish made with dangmyeon stir fried in sesame oil with and various vegetables, sometimes served with beef, and flavoured with soy sauce, and sweetened with sugar.

2. A cute, smart, talented and something easily irriated korean girl.

Hey dude, I went out for korean food with this really cute korean girl call Jap Chae but when I teased her, she threw the Jap Chae at me.
