The heterosexual subset of t4t (trans for trans) relationships. Typically, st4t involves a trans woman and a trans man, though one or both may identify as non-binary. While many heterosexual relationships between trans people can be described using this label, some reject the use of the label and choose to refer to themselves simply as "heterosexual" or "straight."

Trans man 1: Hey, I hooked up with a really hot trans girl this weekend. We're meeting for coffee tomorrow.
Trans man 2: Oh awesome, dude! St4t fucking rocks!
