Smeen is a word originated and popularized by the Smeen Team in 2003 based out of Honolulu, Hawaii. The word "smeen" in linguistic terms is the product of the pidgin language. An ideophone shorten from the phase "that's mean" or "is mean" to describe anything that is extremely good.
