The situation when someone (man1) is Miteshing someone else (man2) as they themselves have just been Miteshed. Usually involves the offloading of work from man1 to man2.

Proxy-Mitesh

A person or group of people who, after being Miteshed, proceed by Miteshing another person or group of people in order to offload work.
