To change the meaning of what you said after the fact. Usually done to explain away an insult as a compliment. Arguably the second highest form of internet douchebaggery.
person 1: You're a dickhead.
person 2: wtf?
person 1: Oh, that means I really like you. I insult the people I like, apparently.
