When something you are relying on consistently lets you down and isn't there when you need it and sometimes will even taunt you with how it is there for others and not for you.(For example when you have been waiting for a bus in the cold for 20 minutes and 2 of the line you are waiting for drive past in a span of 5 minutes on the other side of the street in the opposite direction

You always "51 it" every time we are supposed to go work out together because your ass is so lazy.
