Dumbfukocide 

An act committed by a leader who refuses to take action to reduce or prevent the deaths of a very large number of their citizens because they have chosen to ignore and/or disbelieve facts, data, and the advice of experts. Sadly, this inaction leads to a disproportionate impact on those who share the beliefs of the leader.

What is happening broadly in the US, in Florida, and in Brazil can only be described as dumbfukocide.
