The gook of nastyiness formed from dead skin, sweat, dirt, and lint that collect inside an inny bellybutton. The amount of cheese is considerably worse for a fat person with an inny bellybutton.

I cleaned my bellybutton cheese out of my bellybutton in front of my friend and he gagged from the stench and color disfiguration of the cheese.
