A defensive tactic in the game of basketball involving fondling the genitalia of one's opponent. This defense is best used in situations where an individual player on the opposing team is scoring repeatedly; preferably after the box-and-1 strategy has been exhausted.
After Max dropped 25 points on his team in the first half, Will resorted to the tried-and-true Faggot Hands defense. Max was subsequently limited to 4 points on 2-for-15 shooting.
