"IS THAT AN IPHONE?!?!?" is a phrase often used used by people who see someone with an iPhone-sized touch screen device (usually an iPod Touch) get confused and think it's an iPhone.
Bill: "Hmm, let me just check something"

Sam: "IS THAT AN IPHONE?!?!?"
