Austrian Painter

A euphemism (favorable and inoffensive term) used to describe Adolf Hitler, the infamous Austrian-born dictator of Nazi Germany from 1933–1945, who was an aspiring but failed painter before he began his career as a fascist politician. Commonly used to refer to Hitler in environments where Hitler's actual name is censored.
