The Carlo is a rare breed of Mexican who is a totally radical guy who has way too much time on his hands.The nerdiest and most tubular person you'll meet. Usually very good at art. totally handsome. He knows how to do stuff and holds the door frequently. A wild Carlo has the darkest eyes and usually an amazing chef. His personality is above rad they usually say wowsers.
