cipe (noun)- the opposite of epic; a failure; an action or lack of action that results in failure.

Example 1: Person 1: I got in trouble at work so I got fired. Person 2: That's cipe.

Example 2: Person 1: I got my second DUI last night. LOL. Person 2: You're a cipe.
