1. worm/e-mail virus that caused widespread panic across the world, and for which various international and national newspapers declared "the end of the internet"
2.Virus created by symnatec so they can get free publicity and people will buy their shit ie. anti-virus programs, firewalls that don't even work.
3. A virus created by a geeky kid so he would look good to the guys on IRC, who wouldn't believe him anyway.
