When girls fill in their eyebrows to the point where it looks ridiculous and creates a completely new shape for their eyebrows. Sometimes they are filled in so much that it almost becomes a unibrow.

Guy 1: Dude should I ask this girl out?
Guy 2: Nah man, she's got serious thot brows.
