Penelope is a bully. She wears glasses and bullies everybody, especially Bella, but everyone bullies Bella. She spends her free, not-bullying time on Instagram and Snapchat. She also bullies people on social media, too. She has other classmates, like Hong-Van.

Penelope sits next to Bryce in Language Arts and talks to him the whole class.
