a new form of contraception, similar to the rythm method which consists of the woman inserting a finger into the mans anus (hoop) unexpectedly to get him to "pull out" a highly hillarious (for the girl) method of ensuring the non making of babies

haha i used the hoop method last night and *insert boyfriends name here* freaked his beans and went mental, hey i was finished, job done!
