A ghetto, but very cozy. Something you would call a house that is kind of sketchy but still has a homey vibe to it. Can also be thought of as a place to chill with your friends, while still feeling comfortable.

“Have you been to the grego lately?”

“Yeah they got a new couch and it’s super cozy!”
“Yeah sometimes I go there just to take naps.”
