An ignorant permanent resident of Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. An ignorant permanent resident of any college town.

Person 1: Why is that person getting out of their car? Can't they read the say that says, "Do not get out of your car"?

Person 2: Oh he is a Blo-Nog, they do not know how to read.

Person 1: I can't wait til I graduate to get out of this town.
